We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information recorded, and to keep this information accurate and up to date.  The information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities.

Proposed Overhaul of Casual Employment

A recent landmark ruling will allow employees who commenced employment as casual before later moving to permanent to claim their full length of service for redundancy pay purposes.


New Time Off In Lieu Award Provision

New Time Off In Lieu rules will take effect in most Modern Awards from 22 August 2016.


New Changes to Annual Leave Rules

Most Modern Awards have now been amended to include new rules on cashing out annual leave and directions to takle excessive annual leave.
