New Document Builder Released
Fair Work Online has released a new Document Builder for Members, which will allow you to build your own employment documents and customise them to suit a particular employee and cater for your organisation's individual needs.
After you have selected which document you wish to generate, the Document Builder will ask you specific work-related questions relating to that document, and once this process is complete, your customised employment document will be ready for immediate use within your organisation.
All customised documents are stored in your Document Library, offering you a safe and secure central location to manage your generated documents. You can also sort through these generated documents by Date, Document Name, or Employee Name.
If you need to further tailor a particular employment document to suit your organisation's needs, you are able to create an Advice Request in your Member's Area and advise us of your requirements, and we will promptly draft any special clauses or policies as part of your Membership.
We have also released the following new documents for Members:
(a) Pay Deduction Authorisation - Ongoing Amount
(b) Pay Deduction Authorisation - Fixed Amount
(c) Proposed Redundancy Letter - Prior to Initial Meeting
(d) Proposed Redundancy Letter - Subsequent to Initial Meeting
