Yes. Professional plan members receive Fair Work Commission representation for unfair dismissal and general protections matters. Our employment lawyers can prepare and lodge responses, attend conferences and hearings, and represent your business throughout the proceedings.
The maximum unfair dismissal compensation is $95,050, which is half the high income threshold of $190,100 effective from 1 July 2026. The Fair Work Commission can order compensation up to this amount, plus reinstatement or payment in lieu of notice, depending on the circumstances.
